  • Please contact us before your first visit. Out of town drop in for open gym is not allowed during classes.
  • We have plenty of parking in the Mission Center shopping center and additional on-street parking along McPherson Street and Mission Street.
  • Feel free to use our shower! Please bring your own towel and amenities. We also have additional space for getting ready for your day.
