Kelsey

Kelsey’s classes are centered around connecting the mind and body, They are a blend of movement and stillness, strength and mobility. As a teacher she strives to create a safe place in which you can explore the inner workings of your being and see just how powerful you truly are. She aims to have each student leave feeling lighter, brighter and strong. With over 1500 hours of yoga training and her 500 hour Yoga Alliance, Kelsey hopes to bring her knowledge of the energetic body into the CrossFit world!
